I would like to see two things. Our brand of training classes is the "Moxi Training Series". I'd like to see Moxi somehow interchange with the logo idea's. Please ask questions. It appears that some time passed between the creation of this contest brief and it actually going live. The emphasis on "Moxi" may not have been clear.

I'm seeing a lot of logos leaning towards type that has a "metallic" look. Although this is a very clean and modern look, it's becoming a little over-used. I am paying attention to the logos that are making use of the color suggestions in the branding document I've attached to this contest.

The target market are those who are interested in firearm training as a means of personal protection. Typically, firearms training is a male-dominated culture. This intimidates many women and others who would benefit from having a firearm and are trained in it's use. Often, the women who take our classes experience a sense of accomplishment and gain confidence. The gain a little "moxie". So this is what we are calling our brand of training. The Moxi Training Series.

Moxie"- The ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage."

We want our logo to be clean and modern looking, but we also want to invite those who would not usually think of themselves as "gun-people". We do not address the politics. We strictly address training and safety within the bounds of current law.

Some of the logos appeal directly to "women" at the risk of alienating men who might be interested in our classes. Some of the logos are a little too much like a cartoon and we risk loosing credibility. Overall the logos are looking great. I have a difficult time giving direction. Honestly I did not expect the caliber of design (no pun intended). Please ask questions. This will help in the decision making process.

I'm hoping these links will translate. Two examples of how the power button relates to shooting images.

The first image shows how the power button resembles the open end of a pistol barrel.

Also, the power button can resemble a top-down or bird seye view of a standard shooting stance.

please advise if you have any questions.

Again, the shiny metallic look is becoming a little over-used. Please make more use of the suggested color palet in the branding document that has been attached to this tournament.
