how about this ?

Can you put the logo on the left of the text?
Also I didn't initially realise there were two little peopl figures at the bottom - it looks like the two eyes and the beak of a bird!
Maybe remove one of the figures and instead have one figure standing upright underneath the tree.

Again like that this design looks ore sophisticated, but if a foot/ankle outline could be integrated under the leaves of the tree (rather than the shape currently in blue) that might work

This could work if the interior of the two hands forming the circle was a foot/ankle outline. Like the healing hands treating the patient's foot...

This is interesting. We'd prefer the logo to the left of the text. We like the text layout (though generally we prefer serif fonts - can you try?).
Also maybe add some colour - maybe to the leaves of the tree?
