Ok.Here is my new concept.
I have put a lot of thought in this design to create a clean simple and dynamic icon with a very high conceptual value.
The overlapping circles symbolize network collaboration, synergy and exchange while having the typical shape of plates.The plant/leaves(in green) are created by the networking/overlapping and stand for both food and growth.

Hello thank you for your work. We like the idea of the plant growing, it makes us think of ideas growing, collaboration is leading to innovation, etc. But, the typology is maybe not subtle and modern enough. Also, Brussels is with a capital letter. And, the A as a lab cylinder is too focused on the lab/chemical idea while the human/collaboration/networking side is lacking. Dont hesitate if you have questions
