Hello thank you for your work, we like the logo: Nevertheless, its might be a bit too classic; maybe its not representing the creativity dimension. We see the "building" and the corporate dimension. we can imagine the kitchen tiles, feel free to push the idea further. Could you maybe try to test two options: one showing the innovative side of the project. And the other one, showing the collaboration/networking/human.
