I like the incorporation of the sunburst in the "C". Gold color needs to slide a little closer to yellow. Bring a little more attention to the tag line.

Also, we think the changing the color of the word Focus in the tagline may help to bring it out.
Our developers think that maybe widening the rays in the C could help the C become the FAV icon and make it more easy to see and more visible.
