I like this one best so far. The trouble with Horses is to make them look anatomically correct, which is why most people depict them in an abstract artistic manner. I like the logo shape and design, but to me (as a Horse person) the Horses look awkward

I do like the “o” used as wheel!

I like the energy and boldness, although the same comment applies. Design for “combined driving” rather than harness racing

Although this is a type of driving (ie sulky racing with Standardbreds) it is not what I do. For reference look up “combined driving events” to see the alternate shape of carriages and Horses.
