#2: Not at all what I had in mind, but I like it. The aircraft profile is decidedly a jet, which won't work. See the websites I list on the general comments for inspiration on the profile of a more typical experimental, propeller driven aircraft. Nice look.

What about the Starship; the most beautiful experimental aircraft for me?

Try it with some "less expensive" examples. I do like the top silhouette however. See the bottom of:

Nice 3-view of an RV-8.

I can imagine a flash version that would cycle through several different profiles. RV, Velocity, Microlite trike, Paraplane.....

By the way, the Beach Starship was certified, and they are all now retired - at least in the US.

Love it with the RV.

I like both the RV and the Velocity a lot. I like that some of the more technical details of the airplanes are visible. One thing to watch out for, make sure that all lines are still clean when rasterized at 72dpi, 720x486. That's standard def TV 16:9.
