Thank you

Sorry

It just reminded me of a plumbing or bathroom company logo.

I like the text and the positioning of the symbol.

I really like where your going with #128
I'm feeling the contest is stuck in an FC 3D rut at the moment and I really
Like your fresh approach.

yes, design direction does tend to go in one direction that is the nature of crowed sourcing. When designs are ranked then other follow suite with similar direction, I tend to avoid that as I have done for your project.

which is why I played on the tap and sink idea

I like #128 as it reminds me of brain pathways and atoms

I really like #132 as well.
Could you stick to using just 1 colour and no gradients or shadows.
I really want this to work as a simple 1 colour design. Is there a way you can hint at the 3D nature of
#132 without the introduction of any greys or blacks.

Thankyou

#151 update

Hi Really loving #151, Brilliant.

Could you add a couple of variations of silhouette that eat in to the Flow text.

Maybe try the Creation text ever so slightly thicker to it shows up on letter heads and the like better.

Thankyou very much

I love it,

updates to flow but the splash is hand drawn editing the existing one doe snot work because it's one fluid continuous stroke to create the effect.

does not (typos)

did you have another effect in mind for the wave knock out an example would help maybe
12 years ago

Thank you for these.

I must say I'm still sold on #151

The text at that size and spacing looks classy. Is there any way to slightly thicken up the existing text. I like the way creation is the same width as flow.

As for silhouettes I'm going to have a think. I'm wondering if there is anything relevant to exhibition stands which make up the bulk of my work. Possibly an expo hall landscape. I understand it can't be to imposing on the text and needs to be pretty simple otherwise it won't work.

Let me have a think.

Still loving it just as it is.

Thankyou

as you can see the design works great on white

Sorry, when I say silhouettes I mean the solid shape that cuts in to the Flow. The outline of a landscape or image that you pathfinder out of the text.

Logo Designer
there will be no issues with printing either on dark or light surfaces. No problem with vinyl cut the shape and flow will not have any impact on cutting.

Text FLOW is exactly what you see there is not top layer the wave/splash shape is removed so there is no issue with cutting or even embroidering

on another note I am receiving messages from other designers, they really luv the design,

The reason I am uploading different designs based on my water flow concept is to protect my concept direction for this project.

What does this mean.

Would you like me to rate you top design lower for a day.

Logo Designer
absolutely no I was just referring to your comment about FD 3d symbology

I was going to say you are up early but it not for you :)
I live in Nova Scotia Canada, where are you in the UK?

I'm on the west coast next to the seaside town of Blackpool.

Now you really are up early. Or staying up late.

early morning as usual, on second cup now.

When the contest goes into the 2nd phase (Top 5) it a wee bit more relaxed, during the Top 5 phase the first 5 ranked designers can upload (the top 5 is by designer not the ranked designs meaning designer A can be ranked in sport 1, 2, 3, 4 but is counted as 1. Designer B could have designs in 5,6 and that counts as 1 and so. Does that make sense?

You can shuffle designers around at anytime so if you had a designer ranked at 15 and wanted to see a revision during top 5 you'd simply move one of his/her design tot he top 5 spots. Of course you'd provide design direction.

The same apply for the 3rd phase Judging only the number 1 ranked designer can upload but can only uploaded design changes you have request, once in judging mode no LT member is allowed to upload new designs only changes that you have request. You shuffle designers around in this phase as well.

Just been looking at the website linked to your profile.

What 3d software do you use for your renders. I'm using solidworks to design exhibition stands.

I use Lightwave 99.9% of my 3d work is for print and web Though I have created several projects that were sent to CAD If you google The Sailing GPS that is one. The website navigation is really bad, the menu links are at the very bottom If you click the youtube video you see the actual product compared to the 3D version

Just so I can see how it looks could you place #197 on a light green - 100y 50c, a bright red - 100m 100y.

Cheers

I have to say #197 is still just right. I can't really think of any improvements that could be made.

Once the competition ends are you able to give me the names of the fonts you have used?
