The design needs to incorporate the following elements. A commercial building, like a condo or tall office building. We would like to see a version that uses the state of Florida as well. As the company mascot is a bird, specifically a phoenix.

Colors, we're kind of open. I mention some in the brief but we'd like to see a variety. Whomever is selected will be offered additional work from my other company which is currently running a contest as well. So do a great job and there's lot of work that will be sent your way.
