I have done some color changing to the state, so you can have a look to different examples... Again, I you have a preference on the color, please let me know.

Can you outline the ribbon and the LORIDA in a dark blue and keep the rest the current color. Can you do this for both entries in the top 5? Your work is very good.

Hi! Thanks for the comments, I think you have helped me improve by entries.
I have done some extra changes:
- Given the upper part of the F a white outline that was missing so it doesnt gets mixed with the map
- A little more of white outline to Prostate Cancer Advisory Council, this helps the words to stan out as well
- As for the color of the font I did darker blue in #64 and #66 ... and black in #63 and #65
