#8 is currently our favorite. We thought of the following: Can you make the I in red so that the two clamps and the I form a unit [-] (rotated 90°) and one alternative where these three symbols are more like a smiley ;-] and a third variation with a '[-] (rotated 90° again with the ' centered) that could symbolise the Apple logo to be used on our Apple news-site macnotes.de. This means we had three different variations of the logo - one 'normal' one 'smily-nerdy-friendly' and one 'apple-geeky'...
on a different note. After scrolling through your previous work, we liked your work for the "Asylum Coffee Bar" with the darker stronger 'rocking' badge-like look. If you can do something darker for Fliks aswell, we'd be happy to review that...
Still our Fave :) Would you mind doing two more variations - one with small "devilish" horns on the upper bracket and one with slightly heartshaped brackets? When you're at it: we guess it would look better/more original without the shadowcasting/mirror effect. I guess that will make the logo also a bit more "darker/stronger".
We think that this set is great and we'd like to use it for our future logo. Do we agree that all logo-variations (devil, apple, heart, ...) are included in the price, if you win it and the photoshop files we receive give us the option of customization (using logo without shadow, etc)?
Hi - thats great news! Yes I will include the other files as well, they are currently in Illustrator and fully editable, alternatively I can convert them to photoshop layered files if you wish :)
We'll be able to deal with Illustrator - it's just me (owner) who has no clue about graphic editing and 'Photoshop files' is my word for source files ;-)
Some more feedback: I just realised that the brackets in the 'base logo' #18 don't form an exact square but a rectangle. Can you modify it so it's a perfect square instead?
The #23 Variation for Fliks GmbH is nice - can you try one for "Fliks Media (Pty) Ltd." aswell?
Just a second thought - The font used is quite nice and clear, but maybe a bit clumsy. Can you find a font that works similar when it comes to clear lines, but is a bit more elegant? Not sure if the logo would still work the way, but maybe worth a try?
