we are constructing some commercial flex space buildings. these can be used by contractors, as warehouse space, personal storage for high end toys, personal boat or rv storage but primarily are usually lease by a business that needs warehouse/storage space

we want to potentially use this design in other markets as we build more of these units, we need something that can go with many building exteriors but also pop on the signage on the side of the building and be easy to see & read
