Great designs, thank you.

Very much appreciate your time and creativity.

Some thoughts:

- Consider new designs. I'm not stuck on any one design, so would love to see your creativity.

- Consider using other object to play off Quest, Including: Binoculars, Periscope, ....

- Consider using other images for flat outside of a building, e.g., floor plans, a layout of an apartment, ...

- When showing a building, please focus on smaller type buildings, e.g., triplexes or duplexes. Please note the buildings 1, 4, 5, 6, 12 are all larger buildings that may look like office buildings (vs. apartment buildings).

- Remember, the tag line is "GREAT LOCATION WITH A SMALL HOUSE FEEL". The large buildings do not feel like a smaller house feel.

It's great work.

However, I think there's still tremendous opportunity for someone to deliver on:

- Objects to play off Quest, Including: Binoculars, Periscope, ....

- Objects to play off Flat such as: floor plans, a layout of an apartment, ...

I encourage you to put effort into these two areas. That's the creativity I'm looking for and will will rank very high.

A particular design that I really like from Guzz-Tee has been removed.

That design was very unique and not similar to anyone elses.

I ask that it be put back in.

I understand that someone asked Guzz-Tee to remove it due to the fact that it was using the Q as a magnified glass. While it did, it was nothing like anything else submitted and it would not be the first time I've seen the "Q" used in that fashion.

It is not realistic to suggest that anyone own the idea of the letter "Q" being used as a magnified glass.

Guss-Tee, please put your design back in.
