I like the idea of incorporating the look of an attic into one of the letters, like the X or A

Also, the key to eliminating attic mold is airflow. Maybe some type of flowy graphic that is a metaphor for flowing air.

Or dots that disappear? Symbolizing the elimination of mold spots.

Attic shape and check marks are good. how about a check mark, and the same shape rotated 180 degrees to make the attic, and have them nestle somehow into a bold symbol?

We tend to like simpler designs best. The designs with lots of shapes and details are not the correct direction.

Another thought. a triangle with wavy, airy lines intersecting. Again, the idea of airflow through an attic is what prevents mold.

Also, try colors that are soothing and comforting. We are going for "peace of mind". If you are selling your home and the buyer hires an inspector and finds attic mold, we want to make sure that everyone is satisfied that the attic mold is properly fixed, and won't come back. We are trying to "save the deal". People are scared of attic mold, but it really is not that big of a deal.
