Our Target Audience:
This is an apartment community, consisting of 6 buildings, each 3 stories tall. It is located in a very suburban area, adjacent to strip malls, restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. It is also nearby to many major area employers including sophisticated automotive, automotive suppliers and tech firms. The residences will consist of one, two, and three bedroom units ranging from 800 sq. ft. to 1,300 sq. ft. Rental rates are anticipated to range between $1,100 and $1,700 per month depending on unit size and selected amenities. The look of the buildings are sleek, modern and maybe a touch urban. Please see artist rendering attached. We will be targeting upscale renters that require upgraded interior finishes and modern community features.

This design is my favorite while my boss's is my 3rd choice. I would like to present this one in other color choices. I think black and grey/silver would be great. He is open to anything that will work with the coloring of the building which will be some sort of tan and black. Might you be able to offer a few color choices? We are down to just these two final choices.

I really like this! The icon is very different than anything else I have seen. Not sure about the red but we can work on that. I will be soliciting feedback from another team member. I am thinking the red becomes grey or shiny silver depending on where I am using my logo. I like it!!

Hi all, at about 12:15 pm EST, I contact each of you individually indicating that my assistant submitted the name incorrectly, and that "in Auburn Hills" should not be part of the logo. Please make any modifications you deem necessary and resubmit your designs. In those individual comments, I also made specific comments about your overall design direction. I hope those comments were helpful!
Hello again! Not sure what you can see on your side but I have just uploaded an aerial rendering of the apartment community that way you can get a better feel. Note that all of the "white" boxes surrounding the community represent strip malls, shopping and restaurants.
Hello! it is Sunday morning 8:00 EST. I have ranked all the logos received so far. If yours is in the "Interested" bucket, I have probably supplied some specific feedback. There are definitely some interesting and creative designs! Overall, I am still not sure about the colors so this is kind of a universal statement. I will be checking in with another teammate, I feel that we need to narrow down the design choice then I can give some more color direction. Thanks for the work thus far!
