Hi Mare, please delete the person to the left, as it doesn't relate to the current logo at all. The font is also very plain and the arrows need to be a part of the logo, not seperate. Please also see my post under the main comments section as a lot of it applies to yours too.

It's better but the font looks too much like it is for a computer company. The fonts you used for your winning entries on Sam Bam and Media IQ are much nicer. The arrows also need to look better and work in with the logo more
