Thanks for the logo, please try and incorporate the arrows into the logo. I don't need the F to stand alone as a brand icon. Please also see my latest comment in the main comments as most of it applies to your logo. I liked #25 the most, but they are all pretty similar, I just put not interested on the others to not clutter up the page

I like #48 a lot more, your idea of putting the arrows in the n and e is good. However it doesn't yet look correct, it looks like the have just been stuck on. Although I can appreciate you probably just did a quick job to see if I like it first. I like it so please tidy it up and make the arrow look like a part of the letters. Just make sure it's still legible. Please also see my comment to everyone under main comments.

That's much better, however it is still quite hard to read, especially considering we have a lot of older clients with bad eyes. Can you please try some other versions. Even if the normal text is there and the arrow are tied in with it in a different colour?

not sure if you prefer a smooth stroke compared to this, but I personally like it as it adds accent.
