would it be possible to have a brighter sun in a brighter shade of yellow also could you try it in pink.

the first remove 'The' so we have First Time Buyer and company underneath in the pink. Could you start each word of First Time Buyer with a capital and have the rest in lower case but in the very black colour.
second design could you remove 'THE' and keep everything else the same apart
third design could you remove 'THE' and change the colour of the words FIRST TIME BUYER to very dark black
