First Crush Restaurant and Wine BarLogo Design Contest

I am really searching for a logo that is modern in style and represents California wine along with organic food.

I want a wine bottle within the context. I like San Serif font but like using the number instead of the word First. If there is a way to incorporate the number with the bottle and run the 1 as part of the bottle. Then, st using the t as part of the grape vine with grapes dangling and Crush coming out of the grapes. Under the complete image is Restaurant and Wine Bar. The colors need to less expecting and more modern, fresh and vibrant.
