Our Ideas & Additional Information

On the right of the myspace page (http://www.myspace.com/fireflyent) there is a glowing firefly with wings. One of the concepts we thought of is a "sexy" silhouette of an ethnic looking woman with wings and a glow to represent the firefly. Tinkerbell with grownup style and attitude. Any idea or concept will be considered however.

**The final logo must be suitable to use on both black and white backgrounds. Two versions or a version that can have the primary outline color changed will suffice.

The current logo is attached for your review.

Would like to see a different text style in #1 and #2 for the word "entertainment."
Number #6 and #7 The font used in "Firefly" lookslike it reads"Five"fly.

AlbertoAmuedo: The type of font is not an issue. With the font you used in #6 and #7 the "r" too closely resembles a "v".

Things are getting interesting here and we will rank as soon as everyone can get together in the office later today.

Just a side note - We are not necessarily going for a literal "Tinker Bell" for this design. If you are incorporating a human-like character, keep things sassy and try to convey some ethnicity with your choices. If you use wings, the target is not so much "fairy" or "butterfly". She should be her own unique and fresh species... Good Luck!

Fresh rankings! Note - from here on out we will only select one version of the black or white background versions - should you submit both. We would still like to see the application of your logo on both backgrounds, but for the sake of clarity, only one background will be used for ranking purposes.

We are extending the contest by 2 days (the minimum allowed) by request, so that it will end on a "business" day. Thanks to everyone for your submissions. Early submissions will continue to be weighted heavier in our final decision, but are open to standout last minute designs as well.

Just completed new rankings. Please note that we pulled many variations of a single design off in order to keep things clean and simple. The site does not have a way to do this easily so we put them in the "uninterested" category. That is not an indication that we don't have interest at all, there were just too many minor variations for each submission.
