If this flame could have one more color element to it, I'd prefer it. Then, each individual segment could be broken out for a logo of the 4 focus areas in the future.

Thank you for getting representation of all 4 areas of focus into the logo. There needs to be a couple more colors in this (navy, teal, etc.) and I wonder if there is a way to make the area of focus markers less front and center, but rather woven in to the flames.

Could you also do one without the ring around it and perhaps a different font in the text?
