Thanks again, think I'd like to revert back to black and white and be a little more abstract with the design (see below). But like the crossing bayonets. Can you incorporate a snake at the bottom with it's face approaching the trout (as if the trout will eat the snake).

I like it could be cool to put a fish eye on the knife and maybe add horizontal lines on the back of the handle as if it's the tail of the fish. You could also add the faint red line under the eye (similar to where it's located under the fish gills). Could even add lines for gills on the bayonet.

Can you grayscale the fish except for the red around his throat (just subtle) and fix the bayonet at the bottom of fish as if the fish is carrying the bayonet. Maybe it'd look cool having the fish carrying a WW2 style American rifle (M1) with bayonet attached. All black and white.

Another idea would be to just use bayonet but make the color palette look exactly like the snake river Finespotted cutthroat trout. So would be exact replica of bayonet but include fine spots and trouts actual color.

Thanks. Can you try an example where the bayonet is inverted and the trout is not see through so it looks like trout is eating the bayonet so you only see half the bayonet

Other option would be to fix the bayonet on top of the trout.

Or logo could be just bayonet with spots on top half of blade.

If fish is not abstract then I’d like it to resemble the Snake River Cutthroat as much as possible.
