this logo is very similar to another competing firm here, marnell properties so i need a different direction. otherwise i like it. one more thing, my last name is FINE so id like that to be more prominent v "properties" thanks

I checked out the marnell properties... doesn't seem that close to me, but can see the 3 bars similarity
if you want it will work still with 4 bars... but less is more as they say ;)
