A boutique real estate brokerage selling luxury properties in a coastal town on the Florida Panhandle. Refined brand but also fun. Target audience is primarily second home owners. Both buyers and sellers.

Color Preferences
Black/Gray/White with possible accent in baby or cobolt blue. No turquoise.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I think the FS may work for the best logo usage rather than a symbol. The Fine Homes should be dominant with "on the coast" less so. But I'm open to ideas.
