Hello indsand and thank you for your logos. Entry #4 has a nice organic quality with the brushstrokes but we were looking for something a little more reflective of Las Vegas if possible.
Hello indsand and thank you for the great designs. Entry #20 with the Vegas silhouette looks very nice. Perhaps if you could give the left side of the silhouette a little more detail in terms of looking more like the casinos and make the right side of the logo look "residential" (houses instead of casinos) with the Stratosphere acting as the divider between the two sides. Also, maybe a rooftop over the entire logo or something that makes the real estate connection immediate.
Also, please change FIND YA to green and leave VEGAS blue to "connect" with the silhouette and make the slogan (the smart way to las vegas real estate) larger so it's more visible.
