Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

To all designers, thank you for your efforts. We haven't left much feedback here, preferring to leave it for each individual submission but we do care!

Since this is our first contest, it is a little confusing as to whether the NI column is offensive to designers or not. The forums seem to indicate that it is not offensive, yet the rankings page makes it seem as if it is not appreciated.

To be clear, all of the designers will at least be ranked by the end of the contest. We appreciate all of the effort. We decided to use the NI folder today just to get us under 50 designs or so.

If we opt to extend the contest it will be for a minimal amount of time to let any last minute designs that we know are coming actually hit the contest as well as letting a few of our friends and clients get their chance to vote on the designs.

We will not extend for more than two days and most likely will only do so until all last minute submissions have made it in, at which point we'll end early.

We understand this is a contest and want the best design to win within the parameters of the contest.

Please don't pull your designs if you see us extend for a brief period of time, we won't jerk around the designers!
