#36, try using different fonts. The design in the middle is not bad. Think about simple bank logos.. Also try to use a steel or stone background with black fonts and a blue shadow.
#57 can you place this logo on a stone background? it could look like a steel plate on an old stone. Also try to make the background steel look more like #53
