What We Do
it is a private mexican fund specialized in buying loans backed by mortgages, primarilly non-performing(that are not current on their monthly payments for more that 90 days) loans. We find a solution for the borrower and sell the loan again 12 months after when the loan is performing.

I like the name of the company. The name is an abbreviation of (Financiamiento de activos inproductivos / Financing for non-performing assets). But I don´t necessarily have to state this. It could be just a name.
