Interesting concept indeed! I must say i like the simplicity and monotone. I also wonder what some colour would do to it.

glad you liked the concept, i will be playing around with different colors to bring it more to life, but like we say, if it works in black and white, then it is effective and good.

wanted to see if you liked the concept / direction first.

i love " Africa " as am from " Egypt " myself.

In earth tone colors #50, #51 and #52.

Also notice the small details, where the files are overlapping the African continent and you can see it as if its transparent and showing what is beneath it.

I think it could may be look good in blues - dark ones. It is a very clear and and clean and crisp logo. Kind of technical in a feel, which is good. The reds and oranges somehow, in my view do not quite work for it.

Good idea, and you are right about it being a very clear / clean and crisp logo with a technical feel to it.

Now it looks more solid and perfect with the IT Blue shades colors and with a little touch of green.

Some add on touches, as its online storage, using the binary data 0 1 0 0 1 0 etc to show that as a picture frame around the icon that is light in color, not to distract much from the main mark, but adds on nicely to it.

here #91 and #92 , i used the " @ " symbol approach, by having that outline Africa as you see.

Let's stay with the simplicity and clarity and crispness that I liked of #72. The additions #87 onwards seem to take away the strength of the logo

Maybe you could do #112 in same colours as #72. The size of text and symbol are good on #112

Hi! We are pretty much on the final stretch here. Your initial submission #44 seems to have been the best. Things to change/add - make the symbol of the logo proportionately bigger in comparison to the title. Have it in the blue tones as #71. Also #71 is still in consideration. Also make the symbol bigger. Thanks!

I would personally still go for it in monotone black, but that is not what the market here would appreciate.

We have extended the competition specifically to test our top selections among our target groups. As I am writing and thinking about it , I think we will need to test also the monotone. It is just so precis and neat.

Bear with us, we might ask for a few more colour options, but the concept is complete for us.

Hi! A request - #44 to make symbol larger as to replace black with the blue that is on Africa on #156. Second request - on #175, #166, #167 to replace black with the blue that is on Africa on #156.

For #44 , i gave you two color options :

#185 , this has light green files, african continent light blue as the word " Africa "

#187 , here i just played on two colors ( dark blue and light blue ) same as in the word " File It Africa " , so the African continent is same light blue as the word " Africa " and the files are in dark blue , same as word " IT " and slogan is in grey.

As for #175 , #166 and #167 , here you go what you requested :

Let me know which color combos you felt more comfortable with.

PS : i gave you the extra two colors only option to be close to the monotone and excluded the green out, so its all more IT feel look.

Thanks. What I had wanted was the deep blue that is on the Africa continent not Africa word (sorry for not being clear).

Please note, if you decided to go with this logo, i would provide you with all color variations you want , different positioning of logo with text ( on its left / above / etc ) , logo alone without text.

Also, the good thing about it in black and white version, which looks really good, is for your letter heads / when you sending a fax , etc

If you wanted to print it on white t-shirts or light colored t-shirts / mugs / etc , it will look solid and strong in black and white as well.
