As an old gamer I know a little bit about the warcraft games history. There is the logo for the warcraft, that is used in all the logos of products taking place in that universe. WoW logo is simple as ideea. Behind the "World" text there is the planet Azeroth. With each expansion they keeped the shape of the logo the same buth that did tweached the overal feel. Color changes, and small details like the ice in "Litch King". But the most important design element i belive it's the planet. On the original logo, blue planet, "Litch king" icey planet, "Cataclism" cracked planet. That I feel it's the thing to be done.
For the record, in my logo designs I tried to keep away as much as possible for the WoW logo style of design. I followed the market over the years and all the games that had "name"craft in title and were even remotely in the same genre were immediatly labeld as copyes even if that was not the case.
My base logo proposals are #74 , #75 , #76 wirh the plain text with no backround versions #70 and #71
My proposals for "The Therian Saga" are #45 and the new ones i've uploaded
#65 and #73 with the color variations.
For the new products in the Fatecraft universe my ideea would be this. Right now for "The Therian Saga" we have this gold sculpted medieval landscape. Gold sculpted should be the unifing theme. You gave example Fatecraft: The Trading Card Game. Imagine for these, instead of the landscape detaild golden sculpted trading cards with a little perspective. And this can e done with both the free landscape version or with the circle landscape ones. Also you can keep, let's say green for the "The Therian Saga" and use other colors for the next installments.
I give another fictional example "Fatecraft: The Songs of Valhala". You can do viking theme based landscape. Here the color used would be blue.
This is my insight an my toughts on the matter you raised.
