Here is my entry #33, Havent finished the background town yet, since you can put any type of screen caps from the game for the town on the main text over it... Since adding a town when I dont see the game yet might not reflect the same imagery within the game...
- First of all you really need the logo to work on a bright and a dark background, but this can be achieved by simply changing the font color of the subtitle from dark green to gold. - We need to be able to scale up the logo up to 1920x1080 . - And for the graphic, here is an image of the main map of the game, this may help with the colour and or graphics: http://www.fatecraft.com/Images/Island.png
Thanks for the feedback, as for color changes I can show you how it translates well with a darker background. As for scaling, these are vector files so scaling wouldnt be a problem. And for the graphic, thanks for the link, ill whip something based on that...
#53 is a drawing based on the link you set. With your contest on its current state, it will really take time for a designer to make a "photo-realistic" vector scene that can be expanded like so... I Think if you separate a drawing contest to a logo contest, then that would be really great...
Hello. So first of all, thank you for the logos. We really like the font and what you did with the R and F. Let me try to explain a bit further what we want to achieve with this logo.
First:
If you look at the first link (warcraft logo). We want the same kind of "base" logo. Then for our first game "The Therian Saga", we want to enhance that base logo like World of warcraft for instance.
Hi, Thanks for the detailed info. I understand completely what you mean, thats why I suggested that it is important first to achieve the best logo that will represent the games name. The background whatever you prefer can be added by using screen caps or world art of the game where the logo should be on top of.
Since designers will be hard-pressed to draw as I said a photo-realistic scene that will scale well on larger formats rather than designing a logo it self that would fit the way your examples show.
