I like the fonts in examples #1, #7, and #10,11,12. The bowler image is in a to generic position. I would like to see him with the ball at the top of the back swing. I am looking for a more athletic looking image.

Thank you all for your design submissions. I noticed that in all designs the name is written in all capital letters. I would like to see lower case letters used also.
