Regarding Entry #1: This should read "Harmony Hills Farm" and not "Harmony Hills ALPACA Farm." The alpacas should be in shades of gray. This farm raises mostly gray alpacas, not white or brown. Looking for something a little more sophisticated possibly.

Hi msliz142,

On behalf appropriate view, Can you attach photo's (with full copyright of you) of alpacas, panoramic view on the farm, and other elements that you want to place it in the logo?

Thanks!

I've posted photos of alpacas to use as models in this design:

There's a download link to a LARGE file with high resolution versions of all the photos. Please let me know if you want me to send you just one of these.

To designer indsand: I love the subtlety of the musical note in #5 (the angle on the tree is too much) and I love the alpaca head silhouettes in #4. I would love to see a combination of these two. In #4 the strong black color is too much. If you look at the logos selected as examples by the customer, you can see that they might want a logo that's almost entirely composed of gradations of color without any strong black. http://alpaca-farm.com/alpacaphotos/

In all four of the logos, there is an edge that fades to white. This would be a problem whenever the logo is not used on a white background. These logos should/could be full of color gradations but we might want to think about how the fades will be handled on a darker background. Maybe all the fades need some type of enclosing shape as in the Good Time Ridge example logo. If any of these were used on a black background, they would either need a white box around them or a white glow (that might be okay).

For design #2, the shape of the alpaca's head profile needs work. The extreme bowl shape from the tip of the nose to the neck is the area that needs more accurate detail. Thank you!

Designs 17 and 19 look like goats rather than alpacas
