Breakfast tacos are a way of life in Texas! They can be eggs, bacon and cheese, in flour or corn or wheat tortila. My favorite is beans, potatoes, and kale with cilantro, jalapenos, pico de gallo and salsa on a wheat tortilla!

Hi everyone -- I wanted to share that I probably won't use the slogan "tacos take manhattan" in the emblem. I wanted to share that with you as my attitude/marketing entry for when I launch.

But I do like the way the circle has been used by many of you -- perhaps i would put "Established 2015" and "new york city" or "Made in New York" or something like that.

I will choose based on design, though, and not that specific copy.
