Fans MerchandiseLogo Design Contest

#1, #2, #3 - We like these designs in general however they are a little too cartoony for us. We'd prefer a more serious looking logo with harder lines. The star concept for the A is cool but I'm not sure if it will work for us. As a logo I REALLY like design #3 but again it's overly cartoony for us.

#4 - Not a huge fan of this design. This looks like a 70's themed car shop logo vs. a shops merchandise store (althogh it does look cool =) )

#5 - Cool concept! We like the flag idea although right now it gives too much of a race car feel vs. incorporating a traditional sports pennant. We really like the grey motion accents on the edges of the flag. Make the red a little bit more vibrant. Currently the lightest of the red shades is too close to pink. We're looking for a more aggressive red.

#14 - Looks great! We love how you worked the star into the "A". The black stroke on the inside of the flag looks great. I like how you changed the colors per our request. We would like to see other color combinations. Specifically something with green. One other thing... after you added the black stroke the text looks overly smushed. Specifically the "F" in fans. See if you can improve on that.

#23 - Looks good, like the font and the placement of the star in merchandise. However we're not a huge fan of the bag container. See if you can come up with something else while still using the same test.

#22 - Like it but can you give it less of a three dimensional feel?

#27 - Great design! We really the concept. However, currently the letters look overly disproportionate. The N takes up a huge amount of space but the F and S look squished together. Also, try to make the letters clearer. The S itself looks a little akward with the black piece at the end. I can tell what it says because my mind knows what it should be seeing but I just fear it might look a little too abstract for people who dont know the company name is ahead of time. We like the star concept however can you try to make less use of it in your design. And the upside down i in merchandise can just be a regular I. Thanks!
