The aperture with the star is a strong element. Consider removing the gift box and ribbon from it.
The type treatment will work for a small logo placement, but this logo will appear on stadium signage, and needs a strong, balance type treatment.

#47 is almost there. Good job.
Could you do a few more things to this version.
1. Reduce the size of the camera aperture a little more
2. Reduce the G and S in gifts in proportion to the reduced camera aperture
3. I like the square orientation. And, the logo will need to fill a space that is 200 pixels wide and 105 high on the website template. Can you do a variation within those parameters?

This is reduced version "G S & aperture" But the main problem is 200 wide and 105 high of your template. Its rectangle. I made some variation to fill that space in next work. You may have a few variations of your logo.
