Family Firm Institute, Inc.Logo Design Contest

I like this font and the tag line treatment. The icon is a cool modern update on the leaves we had. One of the standard things in the field is called a "3 circle model" of family, business and ownership. Could this icon have an additional element to reflect this? Colors could be brighter as well.
