Hello,
you are in selection stage. That means that only first ranked designer can submit revisions. If you need to see revisions, you have to rank first the designer you need them from for a while just to submit. Then you can rank them again as you like.

We still really like this but there is too much emphasis on Family Firm. Could the emphasis be either equally weighted for Institute OR make Institute the heavier weight?

Hello, here are the designs you requested. I am not sure whether to have GEN and PRACTINIONER should be equally weighted as the main logo so you may need to give me some guidance on that.

For all of your submissions can you:
1. make the icon smaller and somehow in line with the name? To the left of Family or somehow positioned so it isn't above the name?
2. show me what a variation on this would be for our other products FFI GEN and FFI Practitioner

and here a subtle reference to the FF on the icon

the only difference here is that I made the grey square go through the others as well. Any modifications you would like to see, please ask.

I like this font. The pink color is maybe a little too much. Could it be orange? The icon is a cool modern update on the leaves we had. One of the standard things in the field is called a "3 circle model" of family, business and ownership. Could this icon have an additional element to reflect this?
