I like this. The lettering, however, needs to stay block like, but be a little more interesting. On my screen it looks fuzzy, and a little light. I'm also wondering if I could see an oval instead of a shield? The overall look is great.

I really like this. My sense is I need to have the font just a little less curvy, and perhaps put "fbo" or "FBO" on top of the pedestal, but small. Play with it.

Try changing the architecture inside the logo. Something other than people.
