What We Do
Facility Services Group (FSG) was established in 1996 to respond to the needs of industrial and commercial property managers seeking a firm to handle their smaller construction projects and maintenance services. FSG has an advantage that no other firm can claim: immediate access to the vast resources of Larson-Danielson Construction.
FSG has a full team of experienced project managers and superintendents whose sole duty is to get the job done. With every project backed by the Larson-Danielson commitment to customer service and satisfaction, our clients benefit from having one of Northwest Indiana’s largest general contractors caring for their smallest needs.
Target audience is business owners, facilities managers, and commercial property managers.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
The logo needs to convey construction expertise or imply in some way that this is a construction company. Facility Services Group (FSG) is a division of Larson-Danielson Construction. The logo could incorporate the Viking head, a trademark of Larson-Danielson, but does not have to. It could also include reference to FSG being a division of Larson-Danielson Construction.
