i like both these two designs and am having a hard time deciding on which i like the most. Could you make and the lettering white in #124, excepyt for the & symbol. try to dfine the red wheat head a little more

I'm ready to make any other changes that you might want.

The yellow in 139 has grabbed my interest, could you use yellow as the shadow in 138 behind the white wheat head. Not sure if to keep the & sign red, or change it to white or yellow as well.

Also in 139 try to make all the lettlers white, and keep the wheat head the same.

just for fun , try the letters in itallics, or any kind of hand writing

also try blue as the shadow in 138
