Can you take off the thing over the "O"

Yes not a problem. Here is one version with the full "o". If you choose this design you will also have the ability to replace the o with the eyeball or make other adjustments as you need them. Take care, D.

Here is another option. slightly toned down eye and minimalistic clean text. I gave the text a modern twist by hanging the words instead of placing them on a line. Again, always happy to make adjustments - either large or small.

Can we get some variations without the eye and eye brow? Can we also have a variation where the eye or pupil is included in the O of CRO?
