Strong and simple with high readability.
Eye incorporated into the 'CRO' making this a wordmark with a pictoral symbol that can work by itself - just drop the word 'eye' in front and use the pictoral mark on products and other applications.

Another design:
Radiant eye with a cool blue air
Swoosh/eyeshape that surrounds the eye/logo
Colours and gradients are the same throughout the design

The image part can also stand on its own as well as be in black and white
