An Art Deco styled logo would be preferred but not mandatory. For any logotype styled fonts please focus on the X in Extravaganza. Extravaganza has two divisions, Events & Props and The Depot. A logo that can have the two divisions swapped out would be great.

Client
Extravaganza is a Charlotte, NC based company. Use of the Charlotte skyline can be used. Also a center point of the event area is a railroad caboose. Both of those items can be used in the design of the logo, but not required. I apologize for not including this in my original request for a logo.

To all designers. I see a commonality between all of the designs. It seems that you are using a font "Google - art deco font" and throwing in a line or two. This is not graphic design, at least to me.
