I like what you've done with the cut-out, of the two, I think I prefer #37 because the swoop is smaller making the whole design more compact, and the changed angle of the arrow makes it easier to see the green person, he disappears a bit in #38. Is there a way to make the green guy stand out a little more? ON the text, I don't think I like the two words in the different sizes.

Great, thanks. I prefer the whitespace separating the person from the arrow, instead of the black line.
