Well the light bulb for the eye represents the insight. As it means to me, insight is knowledge. The executive stands out and grabs attention, like all logo's should do. Also I figure that having insight from executives are building blocks for companies, so that is why I made it look like it was built together (with bolts and steel), a strong foundation.
