I like entries 141 and 127. With respect to the circle icon, is it possible to have the circular elements, per the previous comment, look similar to a Deming circle?

Hi EAG,

Only ranked 1 designer can submit new entry, and on your request the deming circle is it with arrow or just a circle, because if I add an arrow other designer have arrow concept in circular, so I can't copy other designer design, maybe one or two arrow I don't know, I already made a deming circle to replace the O, just wait for chance for the rank to sumbit the entry.

#163 I add 2 arrow
#164 Same treatment with but iMake the circle icon smaller than the O with color option #127
#165 I do a half arrow and half deming circle
#166 Just a simple deming circle Inside the O
