After speaking with my team, we've decided that we want only an icon. Preferably something fairly simple and without any images of people. Do you have any ideas for us with those specifications?

I've used some of the letters in order to enlarge so you can see the lettering for the ai file

R: clearly a trace
E: trace that resulted in outline

All the other letters are basically the same result.

The font used in the orignal logo is that a real font type?

I definitely love that idea!!! I'm worried keeping it in a 2-colored square might hinder designs a bit though, but I could always just make it all black and white or all red and white!
