NOTE: I am a designer myself with the ability to manipulate the color and orientations of the logos. Don't worry about making a bunch of different versions of the logo with different colors, etc.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
We need a symbol, icon, or otherwise easier-to-work-with logo for our National Conference than our current one.
The issue that we're running into is that the logo can only be placed in a thin horizontal format, but not a uniform rectangle because of the swoosh.
We'd like a logo that can be manipulated to fit inside a rectangle or a square.
I've attached our overarching company logo as well (Rekon) for reference.
