I really like this one and especially by keeping the name together and preventing it from looking boxy. Great use of colors and and a very unique icon. I liked the mix of fonts. can you try incorporating the tail as well?

Thanks!

this logo has really grown on me. Simple, & clean. Not sure i want the tail in it anymore. I am realizing that they start to look trashy the more that is added. Maybe just to see what it would like if different colors like Black & Orange, Purple and Grey, or possible font changes.

I would really love to see other ideas that you might have.

Thanks!

Hey jsut wanted to say thanks for your support and participation thus far.

The team has tried to narrow and focus the direction to further assist your efforts.
- Prefer the name kept together as"ExamSource" either spelt as this or all upper case - tried to rank the top 10
- Many liked the two word option and ranked them 11 through 20 but does NOT mean that those in top ten are more liked
- Prefered Picture mark vs Word mark
- Prefered picture mark is the fox but in creative fashion where tail and head can be used seperately
- Prefer the picure out front or creatively integrated #14 seems to work quite well
- one sugestion was the head outfront but the tail used as part of the letters or underlining the logo (would like to see something like this)
- Still want to keep it clean and simple - don't want to get lost with all the graphics
- Like the font of #12 or unique as in #11
- Color preference is that of #12 or #36 (Dark Slate Blue and Red Orange or Blacks and Red Orange)

Thanks and we hope this helps and please don't hesitate to ask any other questions that you might have.

Would u be willing to submit ideas using an abstract globe with action and incorporation of a question mark?

The following link may provide some ideas and get us closer to the same page.

While I really, really like what you have done with the fox, i am getting a lot of feedback as to why a fox and what a fox may represent. With what I have seen from your talent I would be very interested in what you could do with a globe.

Thanks so much

Thank you for feedback again.
In judging mode only first ranked designer can upload changes. So if you would like any designer to submit revisions my advice would be to rank him on 1st spot and let him/her know that there is possibility to upload more ideas.

As regarding fox my logo in its simplicity is representing open book at the same time but of course I'm ready to continue with more ideas.

Kindly regards

Thanks for the information. Personally your logo is my first choice and I like your creativity and use of color and font selection. I am torn on where to go because of the feedback. I would like to open it back up to you to submit any other options or ideas that you might have. If a globe was used, it would have to be abstract and colorful and use 3d or show action and be tied in with the rest of the logo. I think it would also have something alos tied into it like a question mark or related marks to the education industry.

I will rank your logo as first so please send alternatives that you feel best with your experience.

Thanks!

109 seems to speak to me the most. The question mark seems like it is just pasted and not part of the design. is it possible to create somekind of character from the question mark and tie is into picture of 109. not trying to be critical or create confusion, but they still seem to be lacking something and strugling to figure out what exactly.

Thanks

Visartes, thanks for the resubmissions and appreciate the extra effort. #12 and #109 are the ones that i seemed drawn to the most, but neither seem to make me want to smoke a cigarette.

The question mark doesn't work as i think you would agree. It seems to be making the logo ask a question.

Only other ideas that i have are possibly using a check mark as part of the globe, animation, or incorporated in the words. Also maybe a simple creative line that underlines it. One last possibility would be making the fox head look more like a book.

I would like to turn it back to one of the other designers for a few hours and will move you back this afternoon to see what you have come up with.

Thanks,

What would #12 look like if the logo was stacked?

I like to clean simplicity of the submitted logos, but there seems to be some element missing. I will focus on them more to see if I can add further assistance.

Thanks

Client
Hey thanks for hanging in there. I find myself and many of the review team really liking number #12 and have throught the entire competition. However we all feel that there is still something missing. We like some of the elements of the new mark in #133 but it doesn't work stacked. thanks for showing.

Some sugestions that came back for #12 are:
-- add a check mark element to the logo as #150 did. The team really likes this effect
-- a simple clean line that underlines ExamSource
-- the small shadow at the bottom of the mark in 133 added to 12
-- replace the mark in 12 from 133... unsure about this... because many like the clean mark as is

If you can support me with these additions we promise no more requests and a winner will be selected.

Thanks,

Thanks... We like what was done with #159 and how the check is placed on the M and the space, however we like the font selection of #12 better than 159, it is a strong font and like its presence, We also liked how the blue side of the fox head was closest to Exam in 12 as well.
Other sugestions are:
--- Orange check mark
--- Check mark the "X" (we liked how the check was used in159 but understand that this might be against game rules to make it look like 150, but we don't think a check mark is a unique mark. what if the check preplaced the part of the X's line that is passing left to right from bottom to top?) Maybe try the light blue as well as orange if you are not comfortable putting it on top of the X.
---- The team is split on which variation of the Orange color they liked best. Many like the color of 12 as well as 159. I am leaning towards 159

Thanks

THanks

Thank you for feedback.
As regarding font type - #159 #12 has the same font - it's just upper and lower case.

Well, That's right that I can't place checkmark in upper part of letter X because it's against logotournament rules + my account could receive violation points or be closed.
Checkmark itself is not unique and it was your idea to use it but the placement could be protectable.

I will submit more options in a few minutes.

Thanks for the additional submissions.

What if you keep the lower case font, but created a longer narrower check mark that replaced one of the slashes of the "x" using either the lighter blue color or orange. Possibly having it extend down further through the line or higher.

Thanks

Client
Just one other thought? What if the checkmark started below the E at the vertical line and the slash extended up through the X replacing the part of the X.

I am a little worried that it might create too much going on with the logo.

Thanks,

Hi. I'm sorry for delay - it's because of different timezones.
I've uploaded new versions:
#164 #165 #166 #167
(I think that #164 has double meaning because of placing "a" in the middle of checkmark)

Thanks again, no worries about the response time, you are doing a fantastic job.

I haven't run them by the review team yet, but I am partial to #166. It is additive, but doesn't seem to distractive and flows with the logo.

What would it look like if the tail was just a little longer and went all the way throught the "a"?

Thanks and if I have any sugestions from the team I will get them to you right a way.

Thanks! I think we have beat this thing up every way possible. Not sure any of the sugestions with the question mark really worked. Your thoughts?

I still keep comming back to #12 and possibly #161 but not sure the line really does anything more for it.

Can I see #12 with just the small highlight under the picture mark, and also this same combination on dark background.

#173 - incorporatiin question mark

Thanks, is it possible to see 171 on a dark background. I wouldn't use it this way, but if needed I wanted to see how the colors would work or would i need a light blue version for dark backgrounds.

Subastion,

can you make the shadow on 171 just a little darker? It is really hard to see it. Also on 176 instead of a dar shadow and trying to highlight around it, can it be a light shadow?

I am so sorry for asking for the additional changes, but i guess this is what happens when you get down to the wire and want to make sure it is right.

Thanks,

Thanks you so much. I think we are there.

What was the difference between 178 & 179.

Also, when a winner is picked if colors need to be tweaked a bit is that still possible?

I can't express how much we appreciate your patience and willingness to figure this out.

THANKS!

The difference between #178 #179 is in color of shadow.
#178 has blue shadow
#179 has white shadow
Yes, of course. I will support you with logo color versions after the contest too.
Thank you for kind words. If you need any changes please don't hesitate to let me know.

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! The team has decided thout your logo 177 and its counterpart 179 are the winning logos. We enjoy the simplicity and presence that the logo creates. You have done a fantastic job and very happy with what you created.

We are looking forward to receiving the final images and corresponding color numbers that were used in the logos.

I don't know if possible or not, but it was mentioned that it would be really neat to have a seperate mark of a fox tail that is designed very similar to that of the head that is in the form of a check mark. This mark could be used as a bullet mark and other opportunities throughout the website and collateral.

Please don't hestitate to reach out to me if there are any questions that you might have.

Thanks and congratulations.
